We offer several beginner friendly yoga classes depending on the experience you’re looking for.

If you’re looking for something slow, restorative, and deeply relaxing, Restorative Yoga is a great place to begin. This class is fully mat based and focuses on rest, recovery, and nervous system support.

Gentle Yoga is another welcoming option, offering light movement, stretching, balance work, and breath focused mobility at a slower pace.

For students wanting to learn the foundations of a more active yoga practice, Back to Basics is often the perfect fit. This class introduces common yoga postures, modifications, and alignment cues in a supportive and educational environment.

No matter which class you choose, our teachers encourage students to honor their individual bodies and focus on their own practice, no experience or flexibility required.

We recommend bringing a yoga mat, water, and maybe a towel if you’re taking a heated class. Most importantly, bring whatever helps you feel comfortable and supported in your practice.

Forgot your mat? We offer complimentary mat rentals and have a water refill station available for students.

Four Corners Yoga is located at t 8959 N Chestnut Ave, Fresno, CA 93720 at the intersection of Chestnut and Shepherd in North Fresno.

We’re conveniently situated in a shopping center with plenty of parking available, making it easy to get to class without the stress of searching for a spot. Surrounded by local restaurants and located near a grocery store, many students enjoy incorporating their practice into their everyday routine, whether that means stopping by before work, or after errands.

Studio hours follow our class schedule, and the front desk opens approximately 30 minutes before each class begins.

For the most up to date class times, we recommend checking the online schedule before arriving. If you reach out outside of class hours, feel free to leave a voicemail or text the studio at 559-940-7971 and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.

Yes, we offer heated yoga classes, but we’re not a traditional hot yoga studio. Instead of forced-air heating, our studio uses state-of-the-art infrared heat panels that create a warm, comfortable, and breathable environment.

We offer a variety of class temperatures to meet different preferences, including:

  • Non-heated classes
  • Low-heat classes (mid-80°F range)
  • Heated classes (low to mid-90°F range)

Many students enjoy infrared heat because it creates a more comfortable warmth while supporting mobility, circulation, and relaxation. Whether you love practicing in the heat or prefer a cooler room, you’ll find classes that fit your comfort level.

We recommend wearing comfortable clothing that allows you to move and stretch easily. Most students wear activewear such as leggings, shorts, tanks, or breathable athletic clothing.

For heated classes, lighter moisture-wicking fabrics tend to feel most comfortable. Bare feet are preferred for yoga practice, and shoes are removed before entering the yoga room.

If t’s your first visit, we also recommend reviewing our Studio Etiquette page before class so you know what to expect when arriving at the studio.

We recommend arriving about 10–15 minutes before class begins, especially if it’s your first visit. This gives you time to check in, get settled, and ease into the studio environment before practice starts.

Our doors lock at the scheduled class start time to help create a calm, uninterrupted experience for students already in class.

If a class is full, you’ll see the option to join the waitlist. If a spot opens up, you’ll automatically be added to class and notified by text or email depending on your notification settings.

We always encourage students to join the waitlist because spots open up often, and many students still get into class even when it initially appears full.

Most classes labeled as “Flow” are rooted in Vinyasa Yoga unless otherwise noted.

Vinyasa, often called “flow yoga,” is a movement-based practice that links breath with intentional movement and posture transitions. Classes are designed to build strength, flexibility, balance, and mental clarity through creative sequencing and mindful movement.

Because every teacher brings their own style and energy to class, no two flows are exactly the same.

In addition to Vinyasa based classes, we also offer Restorative Yoga, Gentle Yoga, Yoga Sculpt, and beginner friendly formats. Our schedule includes non-heated, low-heat, and heated options.

No, you do not need to be flexible. One of the biggest misconceptions about yoga is that you need to already be flexible before starting. Yoga is a practice that helps build flexibility, mobility, strength, and body awareness over time.

Our instructors always offer modifications and supportive options so students of all experience levels, body types, and mobility ranges can feel successful and welcome.

We kindly ask students to cancel at least 2 hours before class begins. This allows us to offer the spot to students on the waitlist and helps us maintain mindful spacing in the studio.

Late cancellations and no shows are subject to a $10 fee.

We offer several pricing options to support different schedules and experience levels, including single classes, class packs, monthly memberships, and introductory offers for new students.

Our most up-to-date pricing can always be found on our website or app. If you’re unsure which option is the best fit, our team is always happy to help guide you based on your goals and how often you plan to practice.
