Studio Etiquette

Here’s an overview of studio etiquette and expectations to help ensure a positive, respectful, and uplifting experience for everyone in the space.

Timing is everything

Please plan to arrive at least 5 to 10 minutes before class beings. This allows time to get settled, find your space and prepare for your practice without feeling rushed. For the safety and comfort of everyone, our doors are locked promptly at the start of class. So please be on time to honor both your experience and the community around you.

time to disconnect

We ask that cell phones are not brought into the yoga room and any electronic watches be on silent. If you have an extenuating circumstance, please be sure your phone is on silent and only used if needed

shoes off, peace on

Please be sure to remove your shoes before entering the yoga room. By removing your shoe prior to entering, it helps to provide a clean environment in which to practice.

whispers in the studio, conversation welcomed in the common area

Please try to keep voices to a whisper once in the yoga room. We love the friendships created here! If you’d like to visit and catch up please take advantage of our community space in the common area. That’s why we intentionally created a warm, inviting common space in the lobby, a place where you can gather, connect, and share stories before or after class. Let’s keep the yoga room serene, and the conversations flowing in our community space.

leaving early?

We encourage you to stay for the whole class, but understand if you need to leave early. If you do need to leave early, please let your instructor know and please pack up your things quietly and exit before savasana begins so the rest of the class can enjoy.

please rest and recover

Please do not come in if you are not feeling well or have a cough out of respect for the other yogis in the room. We look forward to seeing you once you feel better.

let's Keep it fresh: Thanks for tidying up

Please practice cleanliness in the yoga room. Please clean up after yourself when the class is over by putting your props way and wipe down your area if needed, leaving the space fresh for others .

Studio Polices

Studio Etiquette

To cultivate a space of respect, presence, and connection, we kindly ask that all students honor the following studio etiquette. These simple practices help us maintain a supportive and mindful environment for all.

Reservations Policy

To honor mindful spacing and create a comfortable experience for all, we kindly ask that students book their classes in advance. Due to limited capacity, some classes may fill up—if so, you’ll be added to the waitlist. Spots are offered on a first-come, first-served basis as openings become available. Thank you for helping us hold space with care.

Cancellation Policy

We kindly ask that all cancellations be made at least 2 hours before class begins. This allows us to offer your spot to someone on the waitlist and helps us honor mindful spacing in the studio. Late cancellations or no-shows will incur a $10 fee.

Thank you!

Thank you for honoring the studio’s space and community with your kindness, respect and mindfulness.

We are grateful for your understanding.
