Transform yourself
switch up your practice with infrared heat
We’re proud to offer our students the healing benefits of infrared heat through state-of-the-art panels from Heating Green. This eco-conscious technology creates a clean, breathable, and deeply therapeutic environment—enhancing each practice with warmth that supports both body and breath.
Not every class is heated. You’ll also find non-heated options on our schedule.
What to bring
- Wear comfortable clothes you feel good moving in.
- If you have a mat, please bring it . And if you don’t have one just yet, no worry, we have a few available to borrow if needed.
- A water bottle is always a good idea.
- A towel is also recommended, especially for heated classes.
Arriving for Class
- Plan to arrive a minimum of 10–15 minutes early so you can check in and get settled. If it’s your first time , you may want to shoot for even earlier. Doors open 30 minutes before each class. The front door is locked promptly at the start of class for the safety of our students and their belongings.
- Please silence your phone and remove your shoes before walking into the yoga room.
- Let your teacher know if it’s your first class, or if you’re working with any injuries or special needs—we’ll offer modifications and support
