Four Corners Yoga focuses mainly on Vinyasa Flow classes that offer a fitness experience that works every muscle and every emotion within your body.
Vinyasa Yoga, also called flow because of the smooth way that the poses run together, is one of the most popular contemporary styles of yoga. It’s a broad classification that encompasses many different types of yoga, including Ashtanga and power yoga. Vinyasa classes offer a variety of postures and no two classes are entirely alike.
Vinyasa is a type of yoga that links movement and breath to attain balance in the mind and body. From the Sanskrit “to place in a special way,” vinyasa aligns a deliberate sequence of poses with the breath to achieve a continuous flow.

Soothing music and aromatherapy will be offered to enhance this nourishing practice. All levels welcome.
