Most of our classes labeled as ‘flow’ are based in the practice of Vinyasa yoga, unless otherwise noted (such as Restorative, Yin, or other formats).”
Vinyasa Yoga—often referred to as “flow”—is a dynamic and popular style of yoga where poses are linked seamlessly through breath and movement.
Rooted in the Sanskrit term meaning “to place in a special way,” vinyasa is a deliberate and mindful practice that aligns breath with a continuous sequence of postures. Each class offers a unique experience, with creative sequencing and varied transitions that cultivate strength, flexibility, and mental clarity.
Vinyasa encompasses a wide range of styles, including Ashtanga, Hatha, and Power Yoga, making it accessible yet versatile for practitioners at many levels.
No two classes are exactly the same, allowing students to remain present and engaged in their evolving practice.
We offer no heat, low heat and heated classes.
We use a state-of-the-art infrared heating system designed to gently warm the room without overwhelming the body. Unlike traditional forced-air heat, infrared heat warms you from the inside out—supporting circulation, easing muscle tension, and enhancing flexibility. Our classes are heated to a level that encourages a safe, sustainable sweat without causing dehydration, helping you feel energized and supported throughout your practice.
